Allow Myself to Introduce…Myself

There are few things in life that are permanent.  Introductions, however, tend to stick around.

With that in mind, my name is Eric Morales and I’m the Business Intelligence Manager for ServInt and one of the newest members of the team.  While I am new to the webhosting industry I am not new to tech and my enthusiasm for all things wired (and wireless) is palpable in nearly everything I do. I’m ecstatic to come aboard a company that so values collaboration and innovation.

My primary duties at ServInt will be to investigate, research, and gather data on the ever changing web hosting industry with the goal of keeping our technology ahead of the curve and maintaining services that are competitive and innovative. I’ll also be tasked with maintaining our blog, The ServInt Source, our twitter feed, our Facebook presence, and any other social tools we find valuable in the future.

At the end of the day, however, my job is to ensure that ServInt and its services stay relevant and valuable, and I can only do that with your help.  The ServInt customer forums are a fantastic tool for communicating with us and each other directly to share best practices as well as voice ideas for new and relevant products and services.  Our customers and word of mouth referrals are the only reason we have grown in the past decade, so we owe you all a lot of thanks.
